The shipping costs are calculated individually according to recipient country and weight for a purchase amount. We deliver worldwide.

Shipping service providers

Shipping is fast and insured with GLS or DHL.
If no one is to be found after 2 delivery attempts, then your package will be deposited for you in the next GLS package shop. You will receive a notification postcard and have 7 days to pick up the package from the parcel shop. More information can be found on www.gls-paketshop.at, where you will also find the nearest GLS package shop near you.

Packet delivery and tracking

We recommend that you quickly receive your package with an address where someone is to be found all day long. It is also advantageous if you provide your phone number so that the driver can contact you in case of any delivery problems.

Package tracking

You can check where your package is and track with your package tracking number. Your parcel tracking number as a link will be sent to you by e-mail on the evening of dispatch.
